The location was great. Front person was wonderful. Very helpful. Room was nice. Bathroom was big. Shower had grab bars and a seat. Thank you for that. Many outlets to charge phones. No breakfast, but we had a microwave and refrigerator. 7-11 around the corner. Fast food places less than a quarter of a mile away. Gas prices were great as well.

Don’t judge this hotel too quickly from the outside. It is currently under new renovations. The room was exceptionally fresh. Everything looks brand new.

The staff. They help me park my 18 wheeler. They help me with any issue I had. They gave me extra towels. If you like bars in grills. It's a nice one next door. The price was very cheap, Compared to all other hotels in Baltimore. It's was only 10 minutes away from the place that I was there for.

Rooms are newly renovated and modern Ample towels TV and entertainment. They managed to install an elevator which really helps with suitcase! mall and restaurants nearby and a lounge/bar next door

My favorite place to visit when I’m in BWI . nice remodeled room nice WiFi tv HUGE king size bed. Across from a really good soul food restaurant

Staff was great and place was very nice Floor could have been a little cleaner. What I didn’t get is I booked through booking and on site still had to pay $25 I was going to get that back 7 to 10 business days I thought booking through anything paid for everything I didn’t park outside took a lift to the hospital.
